Richard R. Green
(Associate) is a licensed agent in Florida
and Arizona. He has spent the past 24 years in South Florida involved
in buying and selling businesses and commercial properties. The businesses he
has sold range from $40,000 to multi million dollar deals involving from hair
salons to restaurants to retail to manufacturing and distribution.
He has owned his own small business, been president of several 8 million dollar plus size businesses and was a past senior vice president of business development and international operations for Ryder Truck Rental. He has been active in civic organizations and was past president of the South Florida Boy Scouts of America. His varied background and experience in over 50 completed transactions brings a unique understanding of the business owners needs.
James O’Neil (Associate) specialized in developing and implementing financial software solutions. He uses this knowledge to help customers evaluate real estate and business opportunities. Before joining Coldwell Banker Commercial Team, Jim owned a software development company working on IBM mainframe systems.
Phillip T. Rice
(Associate) has spent the past 36 years in
Southwest Florida selling business and commercial property. His sales experience
is as follows: Business Broker for Sherwood Commercial Brokers, 1972 – 1982.
Owned the rights to Lee and Collier Counties for Sherwood. Trained and Assisted
opening 14 of Sherwood’s 45 offices located along the Eastern Seaboard.
Phillip held a small percentage interest in the company and sold the local Sherwood office as well as percentage interest in company in 1982. This was due to the owner’s death. All offices closed within one year after his death. Allan Fox and Associates, 1983 – 1986. Ross Fidler Investment Brokers, 1986 – 2000. Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT, 2001 – Present. During the last 32 years, he has sold hundreds of businesses and commercial properties in the Southwest Florida area.
George Gavallas (Associate) is originally from Richmond Hill, NY and has been in the real estate business for over 30 years. He managed one of the largest real estate companies in Bayside, NY for three years prior to owning his own real estate company for eleven years.
Since moving to Florida in 1994 he has been primarily doing
onsite sales with developers.
Ronald Lukowiak (Associate) has spent over 30 years in commercial and residential development, sales and construction. He has degrees in both engineering and business and is a licensed Professional Engineer.
Prior to his association with Coldwell Banker Commercial, he owned and ran both contracting and consulting businesses and held positions in general management for Fortune 500 firms, most recently completing the sales and construction of over $500 million of high end housing.
Ron’s aim is to use his background in general management for both large and small organizations to assist buyers and sellers in realistic business evaluation and sale.

over 25 years experience in the real estate business. Originally a licensed real
estate broker from New York, New York, he owned and operated one of the largest
and successful real estate offices there.
Prior to joining the Coldwell Banker Commercial Team he had spent 14 years in southwest Florida involved with large regional onsite developers. Paul holds a degree in business and with his business and sales background can effectively understand both the business owners and the buyer’s perspective.
