Phillip
T. Rice (Associate) has spent the past
36 years in Southwest Florida selling business
and commercial property. His sales experience
is as follows: Business Broker for Sherwood Commercial
Brokers, 1972 – 1982. Owned the rights to
Lee and Collier Counties for Sherwood. Trained
and Assisted opening 14 of Sherwood’s 45
offices located along the Eastern Seaboard. Held
a small percentage interest in the company. Sold
local Sherwood office as well as percentage interest
in company in 1982. This was due to the owner’s
death. All offices closed within one year after

is originally from Richmond Hill, NY and has been in the real estate business for over 30 years. He managed one of the largest real estate companies in Bayside, NY for three years prior to owning his own real estate company for eleven years.
Since moving to Florida in 1994 he has been primarily doing onsite sales with developers.

Ronald Lukowiak (Associate) has spent over 30 years in commercial and residential development, sales and construction. He has degrees in both engineering and business and is a licensed Professional Engineer.
Prior to his association with Coldwell Banker Commercial, he owned and ran both contracting and consulting businesses and held positions in general management for Fortune 500 firms, most recently completing the sales and construction of over $500 million of high end housing.
